Direktor vazifalari
– Respublika kengashining a’zosi hisoblanib, kotibi vazifasini bajaradi;
– Makes decisions on matters within the Institute's authority and is personally responsible for the implementation of assigned tasks and functions;
– Creates conditions for conducting scientific research and methodological work on the development of the national qualification system within the Institute;
– Critically and thoroughly analyzes the implementation of concepts, programs, and comprehensive activities aimed at improving the Institute's operations;
– Issues mandatory orders and instructions for the Institute staff;
– Hires and dismisses Institute employees according to the established procedure;
– Enters into business contracts and issues powers of attorney on behalf of the Institute;
– The Director exercises other powers in accordance with legislative acts.
