A meeting dedicated to the development of the National Qualifications System was held at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The event brought together representatives from more than 30 research institutes within the Academy of Sciences, who exchanged views on pressing issues related to the development of the sector.

During the meeting, participants discussed the improvement of the national qualifications system, particularly the need to develop modern professional standards for researchers engaged in scientific and research activities. Special attention was also given to studying international approaches in this field and adapting them to national practice.

The parties emphasized the importance of clearly defining qualification requirements in the scientific sphere, ensuring the systematic development of researchers’ activities, and strengthening institutional cooperation.
