A seminar-training dedicated to the development of professional standards for sectoral council specialists was successfully completed at the Institute for the Development of the National Qualifications System.

During the training sessions, participants enhanced their skills in developing job descriptions, identifying key labor functions and tasks, as well as defining the required knowledge and competencies.

In addition, presentations of the developed draft professional standards were held as part of the seminar. These materials were thoroughly reviewed by experts, and participants received specific methodological recommendations, along with discussions on further improving the documents.

At the end of the seminar, participants were awarded relevant certificates by the Institute.
