Professional development course for candidates for the position of director of the Skills Assessment Center

Course Goals and Objectives

The main goal of the course is to develop the organizational and managerial skills of center directors, as well as their competencies in developing and implementing assessment tools during the accreditation of skills assessment centers.

Target Audience

Candidates for directors of Skills Assessment Centers, experts from the Network Council on professional development, and others.

The course covers the following topics

• Legal and methodological basis for skills assessment processes
• Methodology for conducting independent skills assessments
• Development of assessment tools
• Development strategies and quality assurance
• Management of staff and collaboration with external partners
• International relations and practical application of foreign experience
