A seminar is being held in cooperation with the Institute for Development of the National Qualifications System, the UNESCO Representative Office in Uzbekistan, and the European Training Foundation (ETF)

Organized within the framework of the European Training Foundation's (ETF) "DARYA" project, this seminar is dedicated to the theme "Institutional Development and Modern Management Models in the National Qualifications System." It is attended by international project experts Nadezhda Solodyankina, Eva Jansova, Teresa Valentino, and Baiba Ramina, alongside representatives from sectoral councils and qualification assessment centers.

The event was opened with introductory remarks by B. Yuldashev, Director of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education, and Christos Marazopoulos, Head of Cooperation of the European Union Delegation to Uzbekistan. They emphasized that the seminar focuses on exchanging experience and discussing best practices within the qualification systems of Uzbekistan, Italy, and Ireland, particularly in institutional development and the validation of non-formal and informal learning outcomes. Furthermore, they highlighted these areas as priority and essential directions for the development of the national qualifications system.
