The National Institute for the Development of the National Qualifications System has launched professional development courses for expert candidates who will be involved in qualifications assessment processes. The courses are being held at the Vocational Skills Center in Bukhara.

The training courses have been organized to further improve the National Qualifications System, establish a pool of qualified and impartial experts who meet the requirements of the labor market, and ensure the transparency and quality of qualifications assessment processes.

The courses are attended by specialists working in various sectors across the Bukhara Region. Experienced specialists from the National Institute for the Development of the National Qualifications System will conduct a series of theoretical and practical training sessions for the participants.

As part of the training program, participants will gain knowledge and practical skills in the legal foundations of the National Qualifications System, the development and implementation of sectoral qualifications frameworks, the stages of developing occupational standards, the preparation of qualifications assessment tools, modern approaches used in assessment processes, and international best practices in this field.

Participants will also learn about the requirements for experts working at qualifications assessment centers, as well as the principles of objectivity, openness, and transparency that must be ensured throughout the assessment process.

Alongside theoretical sessions, the professional development courses will include practical case studies, assessment process simulations, question-and-answer sessions, and experience-sharing activities. These activities will contribute to further strengthening the participants’ knowledge and practical skills.

It should be noted that, as part of the reforms being implemented in the country, further developing the National Qualifications System, preparing competitive human resources for the labor market, and establishing a qualifications assessment system that meets employers’ needs are among the key priorities. In this regard, the training of qualified and competent experts is of particular importance.

Upon completion of the courses, participants who successfully complete the training program will receive certificates in accordance with the established procedure and will have the opportunity to be engaged as experts in future qualifications assessment processes.
