An Assessment Expert is a specialist who has successfully completed the professional development courses organized by the Institute for the Development of the National Qualifications System and possesses the necessary knowledge, skills, and work experience in the relevant field of professional activity.
Through the platform, Assessment Experts can participate in the qualification assessment process and access all necessary information and electronic services related to professional development courses.
An Assessment Expert must meet the following requirements:
• hold a higher education degree;
• have at least three years of work experience in the relevant field;
• have completed the professional development courses organized by the Institute;
• be included in the Register of Assessment Experts.
To conduct professional examinations at Qualification Assessment Centers, an assessment committee consisting of at least three Assessment Experts shall be established. Where necessary, multiple assessment committees may be formed for a single profession (qualification).
The rights and responsibilities of an Assessment Expert are determined by the agreement concluded with the Qualification Assessment Center.
A specialist who successfully completes the professional development course is awarded an Expert Certificate.
A specialist holding an Expert Certificate may:
• participate in the qualification assessment process as a member of an assessment committee at Qualification Assessment Centers;
• participate in the evaluation of Qualification Assessment Centers as a member of an accreditation team;
• be engaged in the development and expert review of assessment tools.
