A seminar-training aimed at developing professional qualifications was held at the Institute for the Development of the National Qualifications System for representatives of the sectoral council in the energy field.

Within the framework of the event, participants became closely acquainted with the methodological foundations and practical aspects of developing professional standards for current and newly emerging occupations in the energy sector.

During the seminar, participants were provided with theoretical knowledge on the National Classifier of Occupations (NCO–2025), sectoral qualification frameworks, and the development of professional standards, while their practical skills were further strengthened.

In addition, professional standards planned for development in the energy sector in 2026 were discussed, and clear directions were defined regarding priority tasks and the next stages of work.
