In accordance with Resolution No. PQ-46 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 5, 2026, it was decided to widely celebrate the 690th anniversary of the birth of Sahibqiran Amir Temur throughout the year and to declare April as “Amir Temur Month.”

To ensure the implementation of this resolution, an educational meeting was organized at the Institute for the Development of the National Qualifications System. The event was attended by A. Sultanova, an employee of the Department of Spirituality and Enlightenment of the State Museum of the History of the Timurids under the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. She spoke about Amir Temur’s outstanding contribution to public administration, military art, science, and cultural development.

During the meeting, special emphasis was placed on the modern significance of Amir Temur’s legacy and its role in fostering patriotism and national pride among young people.
