The activities on the second day of the seminar were dedicated to innovative approaches in the qualification system and future development directions.

The agenda included discussions on skill forecasting models tailored to labor market needs, the "green" economy, new professional competencies emerging from digital transformation and artificial intelligence, and global trends in the development of micro-credentials systems.

Furthermore, special attention was paid to the issues of improving the national qualification system based on the experience of the European Union and ETF recommendations. Experts shared their views and proposals regarding the prospects of implementing these mechanisms in the context of Uzbekistan.

At the end of the seminar, conclusions for the development of the national qualification system were developed, certificates were awarded to the participants, and future areas of cooperation were identified.
