Furthermore, key approaches and methodological solutions for developing qualification handbooks for employee positions operating within the education and science system were presented.

In this process, the necessity of paying special attention to conducting functional analysis by positions and systematically defining specific qualification requirements and tasks was emphasized.

Within the framework of the seminar, materials prepared by the working group and the expert commission were reviewed, and relevant recommendations were provided for their further improvement, practical application, and alignment with existing regulatory and legal requirements.
