A meeting was held at the Ministry of Transport with the Sectoral Council for the Development of Professional Qualifications in the transport and automotive industries.

During the meeting, participants discussed the practical implementation of the sectoral qualifications framework, the development and improvement of professional standards, the activities of qualification assessment centers, as well as the introduction of a system for issuing qualification certificates for professions that are in high demand in the labor market.

The discussions also focused on aligning the training of qualified specialists in the transport and automotive sectors with labor market demands and expanding employers’ participation in the activities of the sectoral council. Representatives of the industry and the Institute exchanged views on these issues.

At the end of the meeting, cooperation priorities were identified to implement the assigned tasks and new reforms within the activities of the sectoral council.
