The National Institute for the Development of the National Qualifications System organized the "Zakovat" Intellectual Game to promote a culture of reading among its employees, enhance their intellectual potential, strengthen logical thinking skills, and further foster teamwork and collaboration.

The competition, which featured engaging and thought-provoking rounds of intellectual debate, brought together teams composed of the Institute's employees. Participants answered questions covering the National Qualifications System, occupational standards, the qualifications assessment system, and the ongoing reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan. They were also challenged with logical questions spanning history, literature, science, culture, sports, and various other fields.

Throughout the three-stage intellectual competition, the teams demonstrated their knowledge, quick thinking, analytical reasoning, and ability to work effectively as a team. Held in a highly competitive yet inspiring atmosphere, the event further encouraged participants to develop a greater interest in reading and continuous learning.

Based on the final results, the winning teams and the most active participants were presented with commemorative gifts by the Institute's management in recognition of their outstanding performance.
