The National Institute for Development of the National Qualifications System Conducts a New Professional Development Course for Qualification Assessment Experts

The National Institute for Development of the National Qualifications System has organized another professional development course under the “Experts Involved in Qualification Assessment” programme.

The primary objective of the five-day training course was to strengthen the theoretical knowledge of experts involved in qualification assessment processes, enhance their practical skills, and further develop their professional competencies in effectively organizing assessment processes in accordance with established requirements.

Throughout the training sessions, participants gained essential theoretical knowledge on the National Qualifications System, the regulatory and legal framework for qualification assessment, sectoral qualifications frameworks, and occupational standards.

Particular attention was also given to the development of assessment tools and criteria, the organization and administration of professional examinations, the documentation of assessment results, the organization of appeals procedures, as well as professional ethics and risk management in expert activities.

The training employed approaches aimed at integrating theoretical knowledge with practical application, thereby strengthening participants’ practical skills in upholding the principles of objectivity, transparency, and professional responsibility throughout qualification assessment processes.

At the conclusion of the course, participants’ acquired knowledge and skills were assessed through a final test. Participants who successfully met the established requirements were awarded professional development certificates.

The training course will contribute to enhancing the professional capacity of experts involved in qualification assessment, ensuring the quality, objectivity, and transparency of assessment processes, and further developing effective mechanisms for competency assessment within the National Qualifications System.
